We are qualified to assess and treat all hand, wrist and elbow injuries, ranging from trauma, surgery, repetitive strain and ongoing pain.

ASSESSMENT/TREATMENT
All assessments and treatments will take place in your own home.
At Bucks Hand Therapy, your initial 45-60 minute appointment will involve an extensive assessment of your upper limb including function, anatomical structures, range of movement, strength and sensation.
Treatment will be individually tailored to your needs and will vary on the type of condition you present with.
Your therapist may use some of the following treatment options:
- Joint mobilisations
- Massage
- Splinting and orthoses – these will come at an additional cost
- Home exercise programmes
- Swelling management
- Strengthening
- Heat treatment
- Desensitisation
- Scar management
- Education regarding your condition
- Advice and information on returning to work and function
